Scott and his team were on time, professional and wasted no time moving out furniture. He took the time to explain the insurance. They were careful not to scuff walls or furniture. Disassembled and assembled items as needed. Asked where to place furniture in new location. Scott’s prices were reasonable for the task. We would use his service again. Highly recommended.
Purchased services to move a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom apartment 25 miles away. We received two guys and a 26′ truck to move all of our belongings. The movers were very careful and mindful of our belongings. During the move we even shared move stories with them. Very personable! The movers even noticed that my wife and I have a lot of art and shared stories and pictures of a move they did for someone who had literally thousands of peices of artwork they moved that took up and entire truck load. It was a great experience all around! One glass lampshade did get broken and the mover told me about it right away, and let me know that he had already contacted his manager about it which I really appreciated. At the end of the move, the manager approached me and reminded me that there was item insurance that came with the move and said we would be reimbursed $0.30/lb of an item that was damaged in this case we would have received $0.60 for the shade. However he was aware that that item was worth much more that $0.60 and said that the company would reimburse me the full price of the shade instead so keep my satisfaction. Such nice people! I highly recommend these movers to anyone looking to move.
These guys are great. Scott and Kevin busted their backs for me and made the move go a lot smoother than I could’ve expected. My only complaint that I had was that I was not informed prior to the move that I would be charged for them to drive to the job by the same hourly rate they charged for moving. It was a bit excessive just for driving and an added expense that I was surprised to find out about after everything was done. However, the work they did and with the effeciency they did it with made it well worth it. Thank you
